The Northern Counties
Foot Hounds (NCFH)

The Northern Counties Foot Hounds were founded in 2025 by the current Master/Huntsman, Sean Frain, and Deputy Master/Deputy Huntsman, Alan O'brien, with our main kennels at Cowcorse, Dumfries, and a subsidiary kennels near Kirkby Lonsdale, just inside the North Lancashire border. Our hunt country lies in North Lancashire, East Cumbria and Southern Scotland. Their hounds are a mix of English and French Bassets and Beagles.
The Wessex Bloodhounds
(WB)

Kennelled between Alton and Petersfield, in Hampshire, and formerly known as The South Downs Bloodhounds, the WB were founded by their current pack owner, Mr Jeremy Whaley in 2004, with Mr Jack Jennings taking over as Master and Huntsman in 2026. This hunt operates regularly in Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset and Wiltshire, but they are happy to hunt anywhere that someone is kind enough to invite them. They have even hunted in Scotland twice! The hunt is easily recognisable by their hunt staff's mustard uniform.
